Johan is the head of the world’s finest purveyor of Swedish pop music, Labrador Records, releasing bands like The Radio Dept., The Mary Onettes, Sambassadeur and Suburban Kids with Biblical Names. He is also a member of the bands Acid House Kings, Pallers, The Legends and Club 8. The latter just released the album “The People's Record”, mixing tropicalia and afrobeats with melancholic Swedish pop music. Jonas Kleerup runs a contemporary art gallery in his own name. He moved back to Stockholm in 2005 after several years in London and Milano. He felt Stockholm was lacking a lot of things offered in those two cities, and since then he has opened a gallery, been DJ’ing and running clubs all over town, as well as worked as a creative consultant for Tranans Bar. Furthermore, he tours around the world with his brother, Andreas Kleerup. Later in 2010, he will launch some new projects (secret to this date) in central Stockholm.
